Get off your ass and start working towards it!
When your feeling great it’s easy to give effort and turn up - it’s the days when you feel like you are tired, stressed, rundown that you need to pick yourself and just start - this is where the magic happens with changing your habits long term!
I had a couple of sessions last week where beforehand I felt like absolute trash, tired, a little stressed, missed a few meals - but I knew if I got myself to the gym started moving I would feel much better physically but more importantly mentally having accomplished something on a HARD DAY!
I have no idea when I’m competing but what helps me is having a plan to follow and coach to answer too! I am very self motivated and I love training because it makes me feel good but even highly motivated individuals can benefit having someone to bounce ideas off and talk through training or tough times. ...
